I started Balance Nirvana because there were things I kept carrying without knowing how to name them.
Patterns that felt like personality. Responses that arrived before thought did. The way certain things kept happening — not because of bad luck or poor decisions, but because of something older and quieter running underneath both.
Every essay here has circled the same question from a different angle. Somewhere, before any of this began, there was a belief. Not chosen. Installed. And it has been running quietly ever since.
The Founding Logic is what happens when that question becomes a different kind of conversation.
Not an essay. A letter. From the belief itself.
Each episode is an unsent letter from an inherited belief — examining where it came from, what it has been doing, and whether it still holds. Not to fix it. Not to fight it. Just to understand it. Perhaps for the first time.
